The need for a base card goes up. There will probably be a work in today's time where a base card is not required. If you are afraid of missing a hard copy of the base card with yourself, then now you do not have to worry. Because the digital copy of this card is also available which can be downloaded from UIDAI website. No such identification letter has such a facility. Digital Copy, on the other hand, is also valid on every space like the original card.
You will need a UDI number to take a digital copy of the base card. For this you have to write the 12-digit UDI number given on your card in a safe place and by using this number, you can download the copy of the base card by following the steps given below.
- First of all, go to UIDI's website through your smartphone or PC.
- Once you open this website you will need to go to the e-Aadhar page.
- Then select the option Aadhaar next to I have.
- Then you enter your support number, full name and zip code of your home.
- Now click on an option named Enter above image.
- Then you will get a 4 digit OTP number on the mobile number.
- Then, put the password in the box next to the option Enter OTP.
