On August 15, the world’s biggest health policy will be launched by PM Modi Lalkill Mahinews Team August 6, 2018.

New Delhi Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is giving a gift to the  bcountrymen after another, has now prepared to give another gift. This time PM Modi is going to give nation-wide gift to the country’s biggest health policy Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Under this scheme, 100 million households in the country will be provided free health facilities up to Rs 5 lakhs. This plan is being called America’s Obama Care after the largest health insurance plan. It is expected that PM Modi can announce this plan in his address from Red Fort on August 15, 2018. Let me tell you that this plan was announced in the 2019 budget. PM Modi has also inaugurated the first hospital of Ayushman Bharat Scheme in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh on April 14, 2018.

This is the plan

Under the Ayushmann Bharat Scheme, 100 million households of the country will be provided free health facilities upto Rs. 5 lakhs. Under this scheme, all kinds of diseases will be covered and beneficiaries of the scheme will be able to treat them free of cost in any government or private hospital in the country. There is no condition regarding age, number of family members to take advantage of this scheme. Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, the beneficiary has been included in the hospital besides the subsequent expenditure. The expenditure on this scheme will be taken by the Central Government and the State Governments. However, the entire responsibility of implementing the scheme will be of the State Governments.

• The Ayushman Bharat Scheme, which provides health insurance to 10 crore families of the country, is one of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ambitious plans. This is the reason that Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself is keeping an eye on this. The task of applying this scheme is to work with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Policy Commission and PMO. Recently, the PM met with these officials and took stock of the preparations for the plan. According to reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has told the officials that there is no fodder in this scheme. This scheme, known as Modi Care is being planned to be launched in 12 states in the first phase.
